2. I understand that trades made on the NisonMarketScan.com web site are simulated and do not represent real-world trading. I further understand that any attempt to mimic or emulate simulated trades in the real world does not guarantee similar performance.

3. I understand that I have not been made any income promises or guarantees and that my results are solely based on my own efforts and that of my own trading. I further understand and agree that the entire risk of mimicing, emulating, or in any way utilizing information from this site in real-world trading is my own.

4. I understand that this is a monthly subscription and my credit card will billed on a monthly basis. If I cancel AFTER my monthly anniversary day of any subsequent month, I will be charged the following month's service. I can cancel at any time by emailing support@nisonmarketscan.com or by calling 1-801-569-9371. (Example: If you subscribed on the 16th of the month, your anniversary day is the 16th of each following month.

5. I understand that the Nison MarketScan™ service may limit the number subscribers at its' discretion, and if my subscription lapses it may result in losing my position and cause me to be added to a waiting list until an opening becomes available. I also understand that the monthly fee may be higher in the future.

6. I understand that refunds or credit will not be given for unused subscription time.
